The Dossier
Submit your candidate profile. We analyze your background, motivation, and potential for high-level engineering. We look for grit over credentials.
The Tribunal
A technical interview with a senior engineer. You will be asked to solve problems on the spot. We assess communication, pressure handling, and humility.
Initiation
Accepted candidates receive an offer letter. Upon acceptance, you are granted access to the internal network and assigned a mentor.

Do I need prior coding experience?
No. We require logic, not syntax. If you can pass the Entrance Exam, you have the raw material we need to build an engineer.
What is the time commitment?
Rigorous. Expect 15-20 hours per week minimum. This is not a hobby; it is a transformation.
Is this remote?
Yes. The program is fully remote, but operates on Synchronous time for code reviews and defenses.
